Webshop is run by Dango Ltd, business ID 2361352-0. Dango Coffee is an official auxilliary business name of Dango Ltd. We sell products to consumers and businesses. Product prices include the current value added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
An optional registeration to webshop for an account is available but not required, exception being the subscription service which requires a registeration. Dango Ltd reserves the right to close the account without warning, for example if abuse or fake information is detected.
Client will receive an email order confirmation for all their orders.
Our webshop is using the Finnish Paytrail payment service and global Stripe payment platform for subscriptions .

Payment services and platform is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in a collaboration with finnish banks and credit companies. Paytrail Oyj is marked on the bank or card statement and forwards the payment to merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a certified payment service. We ask reclamations to be usually directed straight to the merchant.

Subscription payment methods
Only credit and debit cards are available for subscription service. Subscriptions are paid in Stripe payment platform where the information and orders are saved during the subscription term. Dango Ltd cannot access the client payment method information and does not save any such information anywhere.
Majority of our roasting happens on tuesdays and thursdays so depending of the day or order the delivery time is 1-5 weekdays for our coffees. For other items delivery times are 1-3 weekdays.
Dango Ltd is not responsible for any logistics / postal company errors, mistakes or other force majeure events which may cause delays in delivery as these problems are outside our control.
Subscriptions are sent always on the next roasting day after successful billing, delievery time being 1-5 weekdays.
Shipping and postal fees
Single purchase shipping is selected at checkout and cost of the option is added to the final price of the order. If the order reaches the conditions of free shipping, it is always sent to the closest service selected shipping company location of the client's address. Free shipping does not include delivery to door but the service can be still included for a fee.
Subscriptions are always sent to mailboxes and includes all the fees and taxes. Subscription service is currently available only to Finnish addresses.
Returns and refunds
Coffees and other foodstuffs do not include the cancellation, refund or return rights (see consumer protection law 6 article 16§).
Other products are handled according to standard Finnish consumer protection law: Defective merchandise is replaced with a similar product with 14 days return and refund policy. Refunds are available only for unopened, ununsed products in their original packaging which are still sellable.

Subscription can be freely cancelled any time. There are no refunds for foodstuffs as described above after and thus cancellation applies only to future orders, not to already billed (but not shipped) orders.
Dango Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, prices or shipping prices. Customers agree to active terms and conditions by using the webshop and creating orders.
